Since acquiring Dawson the Company has completed a successful drill programs, completed two independent resource estimates in accordance with National Instrument - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"), commenced baseline environmental studies and finalized necessary metallurgical test work. On February 7, 2017, the Company announced results from a Preliminary Economic Assessment Report on the Dawson Segment of the Dawson deposit.
