Zeehaus, formed in late 2016 in Silicon Valley, is a real estate equity sharing marketplace and ownership management platform. The marketplace was launched in April 2018 and is the first and only one-stop marketplace to connect buyers with investors who will digitally purchase fractional ownership in US real estate. Entire process for buying, closing, processing investor payout and property expense, as well as fractional selling, is automated. Ownership and rental payment history are recorded through both Trust Agreement & Stellar / Hyperledger multi-blockchain through the use of Smart Contract.
