It is a third-party e-commerce platform of public service with the mode of B2B, and it includes the whole process needed by all kinds of steel traders, purchasing enterprises and steel plants. Ygline.com was founded in February 2011 with its headquarters set up in Nanjing. In Sep. 2012, it successfully acquired 100 million yuan venture investment from SBCVC. After being merged with ""todaysteel"", it changed its name to fgoods.com.
