About company

XX in Health is driven by a community of men and women, across the country, dedicated to supporting female leaders in healthcare. XX in Health began as an informal dinner series for female healthcare leaders in San Francisco, and has since grown into a popular annual retreat, lively online community, and greater movement to promote female leadership in healthcare. The XX in Health initiative was the brainchild of Rock Health Founder Halle Tecco, and is currently led by volunteers-- both local Ambassadors and the Rock Health team.
