The company creates immersive technology solutions based on Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and web experiences to aid Training and Learning & Development (L&D) in large and mid-sized companies. The idea of Xarpie Labs was seeded by the parent company's (Stumpp Schuele & Somappa) investment into 3D visualisations for real estate in the early 2010s. In 2018, Xarpie Labs was incorporated to create visualisations and simulations for manufacturing, healthcare and defence industries also. Xarpie Labs partners with enterprises and domain experts for creating IP with such platforms and products.
