Wooboard aims to build morale in employees by increasing peer-to-peer recognition. Each company has their own Wooboard. Staff members give a 'Woo' when someone does something work being recognised for and the giver and receiver get a point. When you get enough points, you go up levels. The 'Woo's' get shared to the team via an activity stream and email. Woo's can be given on the website or via smart phone apps.
