Wildbyte Technologies provides animal tagging solutions and motion analysis expertise to help investigate animal behaviour. Wildbyte Technologies Ltd was formed as a spin-out company at Swansea University in 2012, as a result of an on-going collaboration between the College of Engineering and the Department of Biosciences to develop an IC-based Electronic Tag, with an array of sensors for the quantitative analysis of animal motion and behaviour. Since then we have developed, and continue to develop, our own Visualisation Software, which allows users to view the data logged/captured from one of our customised Tags in a variety of ways. This software is made freely available to any customer of Wildbyte Technologies.
