World Institute for Action Learning is an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing and expanding the WIAL Action Learning model. ​ WIAL is supported by its affiliates around the world and is present in over 15 countries including the United States, China, Japan, France and the United Kingdom. WIAL is the sole certifying body in Action Learning and promotes internationally certified programs to support its clients and the global Action Learning community.
