I am a full spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and an emerging community herbalist currently serving the Northern Virginia, southern Maryland, and DC areas. I am passionate about holistic living, whole food based nutrition, empowered birth, and respectful parenting. I aim to strengthen our community, support and guide families in their journey towards a more natural lifestyle, and educate on the power of plants as whole body, mind, and spiritual aid and support.
