WHAP International is the carrier of Whapee, the realtime geolocated image messaging service. WHAP international provides free mobile apps, to take geolocated images and upload them with short messages to their website. The apps further have the ability to watch these images in a geolocated context. WHAP International maintains a network of servers providing the geodata needed for Whapee, as well as the image databases and a public website at http://whapee.com.
