Westpoint Business Park has been created through a unique public/private sector partnership. Established with the specific remit to develop the strategic Cart Corridor into a vibrant mixed-use community, featuring new housing, modern educational and community facilities and high quality business space. The Cart Corridor Joint Venture Company (CCJVCo) has grasped this opportunity through its partners Renfrewshire Council, Scottish Enterprise and Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS), who are funding the initiative.
