WesternZagros Resources Ltd. (“WesternZagros”) is an international natural resources company engaged in acquiring properties and exploring for, developing and producing crude oil and natural gas. WesternZagros holds two Production Sharing Contracts with the Kurdistan Regional Government in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. In early 2014, WesternZagros completed the exploration phase under both PSCs and is commencing the appraisal and development of its crude oil and gas discoveries. Audited contingent resource estimates on WesternZagros’s development areas total 1 billion barrels of oil, gas and condensate and prospective resource estimates of 2.2 billion barrels of oil, gas and condensate (recoverable).
