It offers collision free CMM programming solutions for the manufacturers of CMMs using their 3D CAD models; CMM inspection services; Zeiss certified training, Zeiss CMM calibration, and metrology consulting services; fixture tuning and calibration services; reverse engineering solutions for items ranging from golf balls to military hitches and turbines; and ready to use CNC tool path data and scaled digitization of scaled models that are used for verifying large patterns. In addition, it provides technical support services that include rebuild and repair services. Currently, Western Metrology operates as a subsidiary of Selmet, Inc.
