WeMent creates an online mentorship community where everyone can become both mentor and mentee. Mentors can provide paid or free regular online video sessions (like Zoom/Skype meetings) in small groups (up to 7 participants) or individually where mentees will track their progress and get mentor's and group members' support until their goal is achieved. Today WeMent has plenty of free resources with online courses on barely any professional topic. But, unfortunately there is a big gap between watching a video course and gaining practical skills. WeMent's mission is to fill the gap between 'I know' and 'I can'. They believe that the best way to go from 'I know' to 'I can' is to make several own projects under the guidance of someone, who did it many times, has up-to date knowledge and years of experience in the sphere.
