Summa, co-founded by Matt Hope and Evan Porter, is developing the Summa System: A peer-to-peer data exchange where data buyers can recruit data sellers to participate in surveys and/or studies, as well as purchase data wholesale in exchange for payment. The Summa System consists of a mobile application for data sellers and a web application for data buyers.
