Wealth Sprout makes investment accessible to everyone. We are a SEC registered internet investment advisor providing transparent investment advice and account management that is free from conflict of interest and personalized for each client's investment goals, personal circumstances and risk tolerance. We design custom portfolios, constructed primarily of low-cost, low-turnover, broadly diversified index mutual funds. Wealth Sprout uses asset allocation and a predominantly passive-management approach that eliminates the need for expensive brokers and the costs associated with actively managed accounts. Wealth Sprout is registered with the SEC and uses a brokerage platform provided by Shareholders Services Group, an SEC-registered broker/dealer, regulated by FINRA and a registrant of the MSRB, and a clearing correspondent of Pershing LLC, where all Wealth Sprout client accounts are held in custody.
