Wealth Glory Holdings Limited is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability and its shares are listed on the GEM board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 2010 (Stock Code: 8269). The Group initially engaged in manufacture and sale of fresh and dried noodles with over 10 years of experiences. Since 2012, the Company had diversify its business scope into the natural resources and commodities sector. The Group acquired the coal trading business which was operated by a 33.3%-owned associate. In 2013, the Group acquired a commodities trading company specializing in magnetite sand concentrate. It also expanded into palm oil trading in the same year.
