Started in 2015 by brothers Josh and Jeremy Warren, along with their father Dean Warren, WarrenCo Construction & Paving has seen explosive success in its infancy and now employs more than 130 tradespeople, achieving revenues north of $8 million annually. Currently operating in Indianapolis, the company has laid plans to scale nationwide in the near future.
