Vyta Corp., through its interests in BioAgra, LLC (BioAgra), engages in the production, marketing, and sale of beta glucan feed additives for the animal feed industry. Vyta Corp was incorporated in 1996. The company was formerly known as NanoPierce Technologies, Inc., and changed its name to Vyta Corp in January 2006.
