Volcano Veggies is an aquaponic farming operation that raises mercury-free fish and grows organic vegetables and fruits year-round. It is able to provide a consistent supply of greens, fish, and strawberries throughout all of the long cold winter months. Co-founded by Shannon and Jimmy Sbarra, Volcano Veggies is based in Bend, Oregon.
