VivOut is a social event network that is 100% free with unlimited registration and use. Each and everyone is free to the site for the purpose of increasing the circle of friends (membership). Each registrant will need to attach at least one recent photo and register their real first name, and provide a verification email (the email will not be published), all membership cards and content will only be reviewed and published after verification. The site allows anyone and commercial parties to come up with entertainment ideas on any topic. They will just have select the date and time location, activity type, maximum number of friends, a brief description of the activity, and friend's site to view at the same elevated port and if interested in joining, the site will also limit participants' distance from the event, their age, and their gender.
