VIRxSYS Corporation is a privately-held biotechnology company with proprietary platform technologies with which the Company intends to develop therapies for serious human diseases. The Company's platform technologies include: (i) RNA reprogramming and repair of gene expression (“SMaRT™ RNA”), and (ii) lentiviral vectors (“LV”) as a delivery vehicle for genetic payloads. The Company is currently using these platform technologies to design and develop therapies which are in various stages of development from pre-clinical through Phase II clinical trials.
