At VikPik, it's not who you are, it's where you are. VikPik connects event goers, fans and visitors by enabling sharing between people who don't already know each other - something traditional social networks are not well suited for, using location-based photos and videos from sporting events, festivals, concerts and anywhere news is happening. With VikPik, users can follow events, venues and locations, rather than just other users -which is what Facebook, Twitter and Instagram do, and why they aren't great at creating new social connections.
