VictimsVoice is a digital diary for victims to document each incident of their abuse, accessed through a mobile app (Apple/Android) or web portal. It asks the victim to tell their story in their own words, then takes them through a series of guided questions to ensure no detail is forgotten or omitted. It allows for text and images, as the laws surrounding audio and video differ greatly from state-to-state. We gather, encrypt, and permanently store the data. Once the information goes in, it cannot be edited or deleted to ensure the data has not been tampered with and can withstand the rigorous legal standards (Daubert Standard) as evidence in a court of law. Unlike our competitors, we give the victim, as the annual license holder, the control over when the information is shared and with whom the information is given.
