Vgift (唯礼网), a subordinate of Beijing Vgift Liye Science and Technology Co. Ltd., is an e-commerce site offering various gift items. It also offers other related value-added services. Vgift was put into trial operation at the beginning of November 2011 and gained angel investment from Good Hope Cape sailing electricity company funds, Zhejiang Lanfu Gift, and Shengshi Julong. It went online in December 2011 and achieved a sales turnover of over a million that month. It has accumulated dozens of signed key customers such as NetEase Youdao, Skyworth Group, Kingsoft, NVC Lighting, and Vanke. In March 2013, No Gifts Network acquired Vgift, thus making Vgift a subsidiary corporation of No Gifts.
