Vestif provides cash financing solutions to qualified pre-IPO employees who have vested options and equity. It includes value-added educational tools for tax and wealth planning, tax projections, and scenario modeling for equity and options financing. As companies stay private longer, employees receive equity compensation staked on future promises of wealth, but are unable to access the cash value until an IPO or liquidity event. Vestif provides these employees access to that value by enabling the purchase of stock options that may otherwise be unaffordable, and shortening the time to participate in the upside of equity compensation.
