Philadelphia-based Chef Greg Vernick blends modern American cooking with impactful, global flavors to create a uniquely diverse menu at his flagship restaurant, Vernick Food & Drink, for which he earned a James Beard Award in 2017. Greg is dedicated to this same approach with new ventures Vernick Coffee Bar and the forthcoming Vernick Fish, operated in partnership with Four Seasons Philadelphia at Comcast Center.
