Velle is a producer of novel fermented oat-based range of products intended to provide a chemical free and healthy cereal. The company's products are prepared by housewives in the north of Russia, in Finland, Estonia and Sweden and the basis of the products are oats and its derivatives, such as bran and flakes, enabling people to have a healthy food product which is made out of the fermentation technology.
