VaultSwap is the legal tool for efficient discovery exchange. Using VaultSwap, a party places the discovery they intend to provide in escrow, to be held on VaultSwap.com. That uploaded discovery is released to the other party only when the other party also provides discovery to VaultSwap. Once both parties have provided their discovery to VaultSwap, the discovery is exchanged as it is released simultaneously to both parties.
