Quartier Vanier Business Improvement Area (QVBIA) has brought together merchants, professionals and manufactures who are dedicated to the promotion and development of Vanier. Their not-for-profit association has a mandate is to ensure their historic downtown commercial district is attractive, has a variety of services and products, and continues to improve economic development for their existing and new merchants. The BIA is administered by 10 elected volunteer Board Members (8 local business people and 2 local Councillors). They also employ an Executive Director,a Merchant Programs Coordinator and an Office Administrator.
