Valiber was founded in 2013 by Yuval Klein, a serial entrepreneur, together with a team of scientists and other experts. Valiber developed a patent pending universal method and system for communicating sensations, which allows people to communicate their personal taste preferences in clear numerical scale. The Valiber scale is called the Val Scale, the numerical unit is called Val. To facilitate the use of the scale, Valiber has developed a line of measuring tools. Valiber's first set of tools enables the measure of sweetness. ‘Valiber Swizzle 1.0’ can already measure sugar sweetness, but is continually developing and will soon be able to provide a precise measured unit (Val) for various other taste sensations.
