Valery Capital started the business specialising in placing technology focused funds, direct deals and co-investments as Anthony and Thomas had both prior experience in this space. Anthony brought his Private Equity investment experience and Thomas brought technology operational management and M&A advisory skills. As the firm has grown it has extended its focus and experience working with generalist buyout, mezzanine, debt and infrastructure funds. The firm also provides advice on liquidity solutions to investors via secondary transactions.
