The app worked in conjunction with existing Transportation Network Companies (TNC) like Uber, Lyft and 360, allowing riders to make advanced reservations with the on-demand driver of their choice in 170+ markets. UZURV LLC sold its assets to UZURV Holdings, Inc on May 17, 2017
