Ureferjobs is a recruitment disruptor - an online job referral market place which connects employers with talent. Companies need a recruitment mechanism which is quick, inexpensive and targeted. They provide a solution that clearly addresses this need. How it works: a company posts a job on www.ureferjobs.com; allocating a cash reward. Referrers are notified of jobs in their relevant networks, and can then 'refer' a job to suitable peers. Peers apply for the job and if he/she successfully obtains the role, the referrer receives the cash reward. The hiring organisation also pays us a fee for successful hires. Implementation: Ureferjobs can be initially setup as an internal referral system. After a period of time, the company can choose to make the jobs publicly visible and accessible by non-employees. This model reduces the cost of recruitment, gives companies speedy access to high-quality, ‘best fit’ candidates, and allows people to benefit from helping their peers professionally.
