Uravan is a Calgary based uranium exploration company focused in the Athabasca Basin Canada. Uravan's principal assets and active exploration projects are the Outer Ring, Halliday and Stewardson uranium projects. Since 2008, Uravan and the Queen's Facility for Isotope Research (QFIR) at Queen's University, ON, Canada, have collaborated in developing new surface geochemical technologies to explore for unconformity-related uranium mineralization under cover in the Athabasca Basin
