UDI Manufactures low cost automation and energy management products sold throughout North America. ISY is their autonomous, agnostic, automation framework which is also easily adaptable to any type of intelligent IoT scenarios such as diagnostics (DOE grant), healthcare monitoring, and irrigation just to name a few. Their main revenue is from the sales of their ISY994 Series platform. Additional revenue is generated from the sale of additional and optional modules (such as climate, networking, irrigation, security system, etc.). They have multiple utility related projects with CA and NV utilities and distribution contracts with HDS Power Solutions (offshoot of Home Depot) as well as Synnex.
