Candidates are assessed based on their side projects, coding skills, and technical know-how instead of resumés, to find passionate tech minds ready to join international teams and work on Great Products. Successful applicants (less than 2%) go through a full-time intensive boot camp that gets them up to speed with : • The latest tech stacks (React/Angular/Vue, Node, Elixir, Go, Python, RoR, Native mobile iOS {Swift}, Android {Kotlin}) • DevOps (AWS, Docker, CircleCI...) • Tools (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Sentry...) • And Methods (Agile, Scrum) Then they join, remotely and for a full-time position, late-stage startups (among which some prestigious Y Combinator companies).
