Union Drilling provides contract land drilling services and equipment, primarily to natural gas producers in the U.S. Since commencing operations in 1997, They have increased the size of our fleet to 69 land drilling rigs, through a combination of acquisitions and new rig construction. Of these 69 rigs, 59 are marketed and ten are stacked. In the fourth quarter of 2005, they expect to take delivery of two newly constructed rigs, increasing the size of their fleet to 71 rigs.
