UNIMAS Holdings Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sebayor Holdings Sdn Bhd) (Company No.727487-D) is a company incorporated in Malaysia under the companies Act 1965 and having its official address at Level 6, UNIMAS City Campus, Lot 77, Section 22, KTLD, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce, 93510 Kuching Sarawak Malaysia. UNIMAS Holdings is a company wholly owned by Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), an institution of higher learning establish under the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971. The company was established as the trading and investment arm for UNIMAS, with approval from the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia in their letter dated 8th December 2006 under reference no. JPT.S(G) 2000/021/09 Jld2 (7).
