Unidas engages in the rental and management of vehicles and fleets in Brazil. It operates in two segments, Fleet and Rent-a-Car (RAC) segments. The Fleet segment is involved in the rental of vehicles under long-term contracts. The RAC segment engages in the rental of vehicles under short-term contracts. Unidas is also involved in the used car sales, as well as franchise businesses. It operated a fleet of 73,211 vehicles and 265 service units as of September 30, 2018. SAG do Brasil that began operation in 1985 became Unidas in 2007. It has its headquarters in São Paulo in Brazil as a subsidiary of Companhia de Locação das Américas as of March 9, 2018.
