Unibail-Rodamco Germany – having emerged from the mfi management für immobilien GmbH (mfi) – the group pursues a structured and continued growth of its shopping center portfolio and aims specifically at expanding its market presence in Germany. Since August 2015, the company is headquartered in the Airport City in Dusseldorf, where it has moved into a new building spanning nearly 5,000 m2. With over 500 employees, Unibail-Rodamco Germany covers the entire real estate value chain, from project development, planning, construction services and leasing to long-term shopping center management, facility management and asset management as well as portfolio expansion. The company’s extensive range of services are complemented by expertise in the areas of refurbishment and project management.
