Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (Ubiquiti) designs, manufactures and sells broadband wireless solutions worldwide. The Company offers a portfolio of wireless networking products and solutions, including systems, high performance radios, antennas and management tools, designed for wireless networking and other applications in the unlicensed radio frequency (RF) spectrum. The Company offers solutions that incorporate its RF technology, antenna design and firmware technologies, which it refers to as AirTechnologies. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), Ubiquiti introduced a number of products based on its AirTechnologies, including its AirMax systems. In fiscal 2010, 802.11 standard systems and AirMax systems together accounted for 82% of the Company’s revenue.
