The State Enterprise "Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies" was established on October 15, 1996, it belongs to the management of the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, and operates on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine", other normative-legal Acts and the Statute. The structure includes 9 branches located throughout Ukraine.
