Here at Care Animal Hospital, they are so honored to serve Tulsa, OK and the surrounding areas. Dr. Higgins established their practice in 1994 and began to work on creating a caring community that has been thriving ever since. They believe every pet deserves the very best care and strive daily to provide just that. They started with a simple mission statement that they are here to serve pets AND their owners. They work hard to provide friendly and compassionate service in whatever form that may take. They believe that the human-animal bond is vital and they try to nurture that through education, medical advancements, and treating everyone they meet with kindness.
