Tuas Own and operate a fourth mobile network in Singapore. TPG intends to demerge its TPG Singapore mobile business, TPG Telecom Pte Ltd (TPG Singapore), from the broader TPG Group by first transferring all the shares in TPG Singapore to Tuas.
