Transaction Solutions International Ltd is a public listed company and its shares are traded in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) under the ticker code TSN. TSN was founded in 2005 to tap into the attractive ATM market with its unique recurring revenue outsourcing model. Today, TSN has a 25% stake in TSI India, which manages 14,000 ATM machines for 35 Tier-1 banks in India. TSI India processes more than 550 million transactions, amounting to INR1.5 trillion (AUD31 billion) per year, over this ATM network. Moving forward, TSN’s is pursuing a growth strategy in fintech. We aim to partner with innovative and proven technology solution providers to commercialise in India and other emerging countries in Asia.
