The company compiles loans and pools them together, thereby allowing various investors to hold securities interests in a diversified pool of assets. Loan Originators & Investors are able to act as a Depositor and contribute loans to the pool. This allows the debt liability to move off their balance sheet, and the agreed upon relationship to be serviced for the duration of the loan. The servicing and asset management aspect of the business is structured so that Investors receive monthly reporting and monetary remittance. Assets are monitored, cash is managed, and additional duties are performed regarding assets that become non-performing.
