At Triangle Concierge, we focus on long term solutions and offer customer service and concierge training programs that lead to positive changes. We have clientele from across the country and around the world. They range from start-ups to large, nationally known corporations. From hotels, hospitals and health care centers to real estate management companies and private communities we’ve trained them all. We provide cross-training for front desk personnel, doormen, security officers, and phone banks.
