Since 2000, the banking community has entrusted TRANSFOND with the role of processor of interbank payments, having as main mission the implementation of the Electronic Payment System, which became operational in 2005. In 2008 the electronic system became complete by bringing the interbank payments into the virtual space with checks, promissory notes and bills of exchange. TRANSFOND is the administrator and operator of the Automatic Compensation Payments House - SENT, a component of the Electronic Payment System.
