TrainingCheck was created by a team of experienced learning & development and evaluation professionals as part of a large-scale project involving a range of employers and training providers. Their challenge was to develop a web-based training evaluation tool that would be both grounded in theory and also intuitive and easy to use.Participating companies told us that the tool should contain ready-made content which could help them to evaluate training effectiveness at all levels, from participant satisfaction through to business impact. They also told us that they should be able to create and adapt their own content according to their individual needs.
